From there we can develop or improve all aspects of your systems and governance to ensure your ongoing compliance:
- Develop your policies and procedures to manage health and safety, training, competencies and certification for your register of workers
- Develop your work instructions (e.g. SMPs, SWMSs), records and registers
- Advise you on possible on-site corporate and legislative requirements for workers and offer solutions
- Develop your Safety Management Plans (SMPs), standards, policies and procedures to comply with relevant State and National Legislation, meet project and business objectives and ensure a secure, safe-working environment
- Establish your Contractor Management requirements and registers
- Conduct collaborative and helpful audits and workplace inspections or provide training on how to conduct these
- Provide health and safety consulting services including specialist safety advice and support and evaluating the impact of new or proposed regulations and modifying your existing services or procedures as necessary to support compliance assurance
- Prepare Tier One and Government tender and contract requirements in WHSE, Quality and Training and ensure alignment with your client or partners’ standards and policies.
- Provide independent verification of health and safety and risk reports / assessments where required
- Identify current and future significant safety concerns, develop your solutions and ensure the consistent application of your Safety Management System
- Provide specialised input to health and safety training requirements including Safety Inductions, Core Safety Competencies and High Risk Activities to promote safe working practices across your organisation
- Provide hands-on training where appropriate regarding Safety, Wellbeing and HR related awareness programs
- Review and develop your employee pre-work requirements, inductions and onboarding sessions
- Play a positive role in supporting your organisational safety culture
- Establish safe behaviours and practices in your business by identifying continuous improvement opportunities, the importance of reporting accidents and near misses, identify lessons learned and identifying hazards and unsafe acts
- Identify gaps, develop solutions and implement changes for your organisation to achieve ISO 45001 OH&S Certification and ISO 9001 Quality Management and IPO requirements
- Assist with meeting IPO and Mergers & Acquisitions requirements
- Provide advice on Standards Australia and ACMA compliance.
