To meet the needs of highly experienced and qualified current employees, Lend Lease Corp identified the opportunity to call on current experts within the company to mentor and deliver short courses to share valuable knowledge and experience across the organisation.
Project Activities
- Identify skills and training needs nationally across the business units horizontally (Project Management, Property Development, Compliance, Sustainability and Design, Property Marketing and Sales, Finance and Commercial Assessment,).
- Identify gaps, skill and training needs nationally within the company vertically (graduates and trainees through to Senior Management).
- Establish curriculum and short courses based on training needs analysis and skill identification.
- Provide strategic professional development advice to General Managers/Operations Managers/Senior Human Resources personnel.
- Establish management and professional development career pathways and a large succession planning matrix for all staff.
