Project Activities
- Reviewed a high number of internal courses that were delivered as face to face / facilitator delivery and transferred the appropriate content and delivery of these courses to eLearning (Moodle).
- Designed and developed basic yet interactive and engaging eLearning that met content requirements and outcomes derived from the original Training Management Plans and Curriculum. This involved working collaboratively with Course Facilitators for each of the Phases to explain project purpose and discuss the areas they would like developed into eLearning/and to advise on content that may suit the online environment.
- Reviewed the currency and extent of existing content and aligned it to Training Management Plans and curriculum, developed additional content and eLearning activities to expand on existing PowerPoint content and convert this into eLearning.
